Standard Shipping — USD 24.90 per order
We offer one standard delivery option at a flat shipping charge of USD 24.90 per order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the 27 European Union countries. There is no minimum order for this option and no automatic free-shipping threshold. The shipping charge and order total are shown before payment.
Our flat rate is the shop's customer delivery charge. It is not a live carrier quotation. Accepted orders are charged the shipping total shown at checkout; any change must be explained and agreed before fulfilment.
Delivery estimate
Allow approximately 10–20 business days in transit after dispatch for standard parcel delivery. This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Order preparation happens before dispatch and is separate from carrier transit; contact us before ordering if you need a particular date.
Customs checks, public holidays, severe weather, peak demand and carrier disruptions can extend delivery. Bulky or fragile items may require a different service and timing; contact us before ordering if the product or delivery details do not confirm suitability.
Destinations and customs
Eligible destination countries are available in checkout. For another destination, contact us before placing an order. Import taxes, customs duties and any charges collected by destination authorities or carriers are not included in the flat shipping charge unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Check the terms for your destination before paying.
Tracking and separate parcels
When tracking is available, the tracking reference is added to the order information. A carrier may take time to show its first scan. An order may travel in separate parcels; contact us if the contents do not match the order details.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your address and postal code carefully. Contact us promptly for a correction; a change may no longer be possible after dispatch. If tracking shows an unexpected delivery, check with your household or reception and send us the order reference.
Damage or missing items
Keep the packaging and take photographs of the outer carton, shipping label and affected item. Contact us as soon as practical so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. This does not limit your legal rights.
