Request a return within 30 days.
For a change-of-mind return, email us within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number, the item and the reason for return. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with their components and packaging. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything.
How to return an item
- Email our team with your order reference and item details.
- Receive the eligibility decision, return address and packing instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a traceable service. Keep the postage receipt.
- We inspect the return and notify you of the refund decision.
Return shipping and refunds
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we will agree an appropriate remedy and the necessary return shipping arrangements. Please do not pay for a return until those instructions are confirmed.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. We aim to submit an approved refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return; the payment provider may need additional time to post it. Contact us if you have not received an update.
Exceptions
Made-to-measure or personalised goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the exclusion is disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. Used, washed, altered or customer-damaged items may not qualify. These exclusions do not remove remedies for goods that are defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer rights.
Exchanges and cancellation
Contact us to discuss an exchange; availability and any price difference need confirmation. To cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. If fulfilment has already progressed, a cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply.
Your legal rights
This policy operates alongside any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location. If those rights provide a longer period or a different remedy, they take priority.
