Good care starts with the label.
Use the instructions supplied with your specific item. A similar appearance does not mean the same fibre, coating, finish or washing method.
Soft furnishings
Vacuum textiles gently where suitable. Blot spills with a clean absorbent cloth and avoid rubbing. Test any permitted cleaning product in a hidden area. Wash removable covers only when the care label allows it; air dry or tumble dry exactly as instructed.
Rugs and curtains
Measure the usable floor area and curtain drop before ordering. Keep rugs clear of door swing and use a suitable underlay where appropriate. Keep curtains away from open flames and heaters. Large or lined curtains may need specialist cleaning.
Ceramics, art and mirrors
Dust with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive products and standing water on vulnerable finishes. Decorative vessels are not automatically food-safe, waterproof or heat-resistant. Use wall fixings appropriate for the wall and product weight.
Measure twice
Use the dimensions listed for the chosen item. Do not infer a full width-and-length measurement from a single dimension. If the listing does not answer your sizing question, contact our team before ordering.
