Order and payment confirmation
The shop records the order and the payment provider returns a payment status. Keep your order reference so our team can find the correct record. Do not email full card details or account passwords.
Preparation and dispatch
The selected items need to match the order details and be prepared for the delivery service. Once dispatch and tracking information is available, check the reference associated with the order. A carrier may need time to record the first scan.
At the door
Inspect the parcel and compare the contents with the order. Keep the packaging if there is damage or a missing item. Send the order reference and relevant photographs to our team so the issue can be investigated. The Shipping & Delivery page explains the applicable process.
